Refund policy
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchase, but we understand that sometimes things happen. You can return most unopened, unused products within 7 days of receiving it. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY:
1) Email info@cbdchocolates.com to request a return and we will email you the address to ship the return items.
2) Once the item is shipped, email info@cbdchocolates.com your order and tracking number to notify us that you have returned your unopened product within the 7-day time limit.
3) Upon receipt of your package, a fulfillment team member will inspect the return and approve or deny the refund request.
For items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items.
4) A refund for the unopened product will be issued if accepted, and you will receive an email confirmation stating the refund details. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your bank account statement.

CA Cacoa will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on the website (www.cbdchocolates.com) We will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store or another website. Please contact the store where the item has been purchased to request for a refund.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING:
All of our products are tested for quality and carefully inspected prior to shipping. Upon delivery of your order, please check product thoroughly to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be received within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information with images of any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product. Allow up to 10 business days for processing refunds due to shipping damage.
TERMS OF SALE:
By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the consumable products purchased contain CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based on your own opinions of any benefits these products may provide.
